Good
Morning and I hope this open letter finds you well physically, mentally and
spiritually; and also succeeding in all your personal, familiar and professional
endeavors along with loved ones.
This
morning I woke up thinking of you and recalling in my mind all the turmoil, controversy and
opposition that you facing in these perilous days in your notable city of Baltimore. And because I care in words and deeds, I have
poured my soul to GOD with strong crying and supplication for your wellbeing
and the welfare of the people of the city you are serving and the state you are
living. For a reason that is in the works and that I do not fully comprehend, I was more anxious in my prayer for you and your people even more than for myself and my own family because you will all need the
power of prayers in the coming days more than ever.
As
a servant of GOD and my fellow man, it is my duty and honor to give those in
need comfort strength and divine courage when warranted and needed. Without any further preamble, these are the
comfort words, not of me, but directly from the God of these lands, that I am
sent out to convey to you.
Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.(Old Testament | Joshua 1:9)
Your
community is praying a lot and GOD is aware of your needs and situation. He has
heard your prayers and surely this is your moment. We as angels or messengers of the most high God
operate with the sword of truth, justice and virtue in hand to do for other
what others cannot do for themselves and we also fight the battles of those
that cannot fight for themselves.
But
as the apostle Paul once said, our struggle is not against flesh or blood, but
against powers, dominions and principalities entrenches in high places. In
other words, we fight the evils spirits of devils, demons and deceased
individuals that are inside leaders of in high places in our society. We know who they are, where they are, how they operate and who
they serve and for and what purpose. As
warrior angels, we know who we are well ourselves; and make it our commission
and business to know our enemy as well as w know ourselves. For
if we forget to study the devils devices to deceive us and to destroy us, he will get
an advantage over us. And as a rightful priest, until I am taken out of the
way, I can sometimes by faith restrain his evil deeds, for I am not ignorant of his Machiavellian
devices. I know the devil is more devilish when respectable.

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

Having
said that, I commend you and your team of experts in a proper and satisfactory manner for your courage,
stamina, candor and boldness in defending and sustaining the law; even, while
enduring dark and trial some times in your city.
I have
heard the some opposed to you were appalled and shed tears for your strong
resolution for justice carrying foul play.
Some undisclosed police officers and friends of the changed officials are secretly complaining to the Stream Media by national radio and television, complaining, misleading, disclosing sensitive information and complaining. This against your advice not to interfere with the ongoing investigation and in so doing inciting further dissent in the community. But I almost cried when I sensed the robust display of the spirit of
justice of my father in heaven in you while you spoke and they did not expect
it. You angered a lot of people with your impromptu press announcement and you hit a nerve in lots of people that are not happy with you. I am not one of them. all I know is that the wicked find the truth hard
Unlike many that I know and hear about who get paid to voice their opinion, You are really doing your jobs. Your reminded me of my Grandpa in my home
country that as a presidential palace guard in the good old days, he once arrested the president of
Honduras. And put him in jail for breaking and entering and for immoral conduct while at night the
president jumped a fence to visit a nearby maid. The morning after the incident, my
grandfather was severely rebuked by his superiors for what he did. Apparently,
he did not know or believe that the guy whom he had arrested and placed in jail was
the president. And the after morrow, when the president called him, instead of
rebuking him, he commended him and told him. Tinoco, you are really doing your
job. And I can almost hear the same
words or thoughts coming from President Obama and perhaps other deceased o murdered presidents saying the very same thing.
Now,
I live in the great State of Florida, but half of my life in this
country I have lived it in the great state of Maryland. Even though I graduated by GED, I
went a few years to High Point High School, and then a few semester to Montgomery College.
And ever since, I have self educated myself in the things i Like most.
When I got married, my wife and I had our honeymoon in Baltimore. As a matter of fact, that is where
my wife and I believe our first born was engendered. We now have five
daughters, four of which were born in Montgomery County
MD. But that is not all.
I still have family and friends living there. But most importantly. IT was in Maryland, where I became a US citizen under President Clinton and swore to
uphold and defend the US
constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
I may be a foreigner, some think a drifter, but not an outsider. I have a vested interest in your state and
city. Besides, both you as the Mayor and the State Attorney are my
contemporaries. The mayor and I are almost of
the same age. It appears that she was born in the same year, some three months before I was born, And therefore,
as a baby, she must have eaten dirt before I did. And you, madam, State Attorney Mosby, you are as strong like an
archangel to me. I don’t know what was wrong with your father, but he gave you
a name that does not do justice to your spirit and caliber. I would hence forth surname you Michaela MosLaw; and
I hope you live to the task of wielding the sword of justice as My fathers,
even, Michael the Archangel and as Israel Lawgiver, Moses. Only, if you can
believe it. I make my words sound
sensationalist and flamboyant, so that you don’t get bored. But they are no
joking matter. There is the spirit of GOD and power imbedded in them for all that read them and are continually engaged in a good cause. They are empowered just by reading or looking, as simple as that.
I
have no legal background, and therefore I am not able to offer you any type of
legal help or advice. You are the expert in those matters. But as a called
and lawfully ordained priest, I often deal with the moral fiber of all people, good and bad. I
know the mammoth criticism and the opposition you will face in the days ahead
as a result of your occupation and most recent decisions to convict those
criminals that slayed my little friend, Carlitos Gray. With him God intends to vex the whole nation.

I
know your enemies and the tactics the devil and his angels will
use to try to eat you alive or even, if they had their way and no limitations,
to take you out dead or alive from your public achievements and posts. It appears that you have proven to be a
disturber of the devil’s kingdom and
macabre purposes. And I am here to give you
heads up in a seemingly erratic but assertive and effective way. Just be alert and attentive, the spirit of GOD will whisper to your ear words of wisdom. He is with us. Know that where God is, nothing that destroys
perseveres. Thus I have chosen this as the
title for this letter
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?(New Testament | Romans 8:31)
In
other words, I am a verbiage analyst. I eat and analyze words and when they are computed, I write errands like this. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are not too great. Whatever i get in I put out. If I am fed poison, then I spit poison. I know the language of GOD, of the Devil
and of people and by the mouth the fish is caught. Or by the abundance of the mouth I am able to
detect who the people serve, if GOD or our common enemy. I am just here to tell you how your words
will be digested by your serpentine enemies and what deadly venom they will
spit back at you. You can Call me Mr.
Secretary Bird, or the serpent slayer. I have not had breakfast yet, nor will I until I convey my whole message. But i have already seen a viper brunch, on sight.
I
eat serpents and digest venom for a living and sometimes the poison makes me
drunk, but I am immune and it does not kill me.
Madam Mayor, not long ago, when the riots in Baltimore begun; CNN, AKA, the Communist
Network presstitutes poisoned me. They romanced the tragedy of your people for
gain and glory and told me, implied, suggested or mislead me saying that you
had said that you would give rioters space to destroy. Then, they condemned you
for a word, “THUG” when you rebuked the calculating rioters and looters who
were destroying the city. As a result I
may have also partially and temporarily misjudged you. I thought
that you were tolerating crime, but at the same time, I agreed with you when
you used whatever word came to your mind when you called the rioters and looter
who were raising hell fire thugs. I
cannot erase what I said under the influence of Press Poison, but I have the god given gift and ability to speedily recognize and repent
when I am wrong, and amend if I misjudged you if would allow me.
Later
on, in an independent pursuit of truth, that is yesterday, I made an essay or two in the form of blogs on
the counterproductive, negative and unsatisfying consequences of Streets
protests regardless of how well intentioned the perople may be or how just is their cuause or the purity of their motives. I know a better way to seek justice and I wanted to share it to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem. And at length, I by myself arrived at the same conclusion or came with your very own and true
assessment. That is to say: When people
have ample space to protest in the streets, that also gives opportunity and
place for agitators, rioters and opportunist to corrupt the purpose of the
protest and raise chaos and anarchy. In other word, rioting is an undesirable byproduct of streets protests. Had not been Dr. Luther King been protesting too much, maybe he would be our president by now instead of what we have. I
am not a partisan of protest when there is providentially a better way to get,
pending our cause is just, the results we seek. Here are the essays I wrote and sent out:

Having
said that, the LORD is not happy or well pleased with the leadership of some of
your religious and secular leaders at large such as Al Sharpton and Jesse
Jackson among others. They honor GOD, or
truth and justice with their lips, but their hearts they are full of greed and therefore
far away from GOD. The preach their own philosophies and precepts of men as
commandments, having form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof. This people are doing you more harm than good
and, believe it or not, destroying your peace.
Your ancestors are worried about all of you because you are all being
played by those who run the system. They are making your as a people poorer and
slaves of vain traditionalism, debauchery and mischief. You are a monetary asset, to those who
trample over you. This is our moment to
reform the entire US system
of justice from the inside out starting with Baltimore. The LORD said that we must clean
the outside of the place or cup first and then the outside. And when the vase
is clean in the inside, then the outside will become clean also. The LORD has
provided us with this moment to help the oppressed from our people to get long
due justice for generations to come.
What we are living in the streets of America today has happened
before. It happen in Jerusalem during the ministry of Jesus Christ
and also to my people in Pre-Columbian America before the coming of
Christ.
The enemy is combined. A great many of the secular and religious
leaders, along with the lawyers and judges of this people who abuse their seats
or positions of power to invent frivolous, hateful and unenforceable laws for
gain and power, were then as now, in their secret works of darkness, setting up
the foundation for your destruction if we let them. The only way to defeat them is to become more
righteous than them all or to exceed their so called good works. The State
Attorney already kindled the fire with her statement against the injustice of
those murderesses who wasted Freddy Gray.
His tragic death was the straw that literally broke the camel’s
back. It is up to us all to keep the
flame going even if they deface us or demonize Freddy and us for doing our job
with Zeal, boldness, courage and honor.
Because
when somebody decreases the budget of education in any state or city, and at
the same time increase the penitentiary budget to build more prisons and
guards, they as business projectors are only anticipating more ignorant and
uneducated sheep being taken to the slaughterhouse. There are prison racketeers in our midsts. It is a big businees to put people in jail just because. Where I live, near frost proof in Polk County FL, rumors has it that the waste land is owned by judged who lease to jail lords or prison builder corporations. And all they have to do is to keep them full no matter what for the money to keep coming in from both the taxpayer. People in jail complain that some times they are arrested and place in jail for long period of time without a proper trial just because they look like as drifters or because they don't have car and go to the store to buy a six pack of beer to take home and drink. Others for carrying pocket knives, or because they don't have a license. One thing leads to another and before they know it they spend from six months to one hundred and one day in jail. And they they are given a parole regime that they will certainly break to get back in the whole. Before they knew it they have wasted at least two years of their life for petty, insignificant, fabricated, frivolous charges under frivolous and hateful or unenforceable laws. A person in my neck of the woods may make the minimum wage and if lucky to work the whole year they may pocked some 20-24K/year. But If they are incarcerated, they make a generous 6k/ month or up to 60,000K a year for the jail lord. And that does not include penalties, court fees and other special schooling programs.
The LORD does not put a new patch in an old
garment, nor does he put new wine in old bottles for it will all go to waste.
In other words, you cannot teach a new trick to an old dog. They, the good old establishment dogs of our broken
judicial system, hate straight arrows or young, beautiful, educated, passionate
or jealous and courageous mayors and State attorneys and council members. They,
as idle spectators look upon them who are in the arena as vulgar renegades. And
they like scavengers, dissect every word you say for political correctness with
intent that if you make a mistake, they will snare you and eat you alive.
The
truth is that they are in business to get gain. A person is worth more in Jail
for the Jail Lords, corrupt judges and corrupt police chiefs, layers, state
attorneys, than if they were making twice the minimum wage on the streets.
The
LORD rebuked severely them Pharisees of his own times and also the prophets for making mockery out of the laws of GOD and for making of the house of our heavenly father a den of robbers saying:
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees,
hypocrites! for ye make clean the
outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion
and excess. Thou blind Pharisee,
cleanse first that which is within
the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

I
was straight like an arrow once; and then, I had to visit jail where I learned how the crook operate. As a matter of fact, I was
incarcerated for writing hell fire to my leadership and voicing my concern
clear and loud. This created tension with my wife and I and we had arguments
less severe than that mother who slapped her kid from Rioting. I cam to disturb
the devil’s kingdom and my brethren did not like it because as Christ, I came
also to overthrow the tables of the money exchangers as you see me do.
Nonetheless, I was viciously framed and arrested for a crime I did not commit.
I was charged with assault and domestic violence against my wife for something
that I haven’t don’t yet. I have never punched my wife nor hit her with the
vacuum cleaner as the purported police report claims. But this situation gave me experience.
I learned that the wicked twist the words of those who rebuke them at
the gate; and they condemn us for a rant, a statement, a misused word or for a
thing of naught so that while we are out of the picture, they may pray on our wives and orphan children.
I
speak the truth. You know, Madam Mayor were judged and condemned for your initial statement
and for the word thug. How the people's court instigated and agitated by the PRESSTITURES. And you also, Madam State attorney, are as we speak, being eaten alive by both sided of the isle and condemned by even your own law enforcement officers for your
severe rebuke at the criminals and for seeking justice in fulfillment of the
prophecy of Isaiah in each and every generation, the word of the LORD that
says;
For the terrible one is brought to nought, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off, that make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of nought.(Old Testament | Isaiah 29:20 - 21)
I have been shown the end from the beginning,
I know the struggle you will face in days to come and how these whitewashed walls with skeleton in the closet such as the celebrities of Fox news Sean Hannity and Megyn Kelly, who look white and beautiful in the outside. But who are full of filthiness and abomination in the inside. All they do is point the finger like scorners at those who are struggling in the arena. And there are many like them in the Communist News Network, CNN also like that declared gay, Anderson Cooper. They look so surprised, shocked, inquisitive or amazed at the crisis in Baltimore and everywhere, but it is only a show bushiness. They are wolves dressed in sheep's clothing. They are enraged against Obama and inflaming people everywhere with their talking points and perverse, special interest driven agendas, that the have nots are the one that are being oppressed. Their heart is so perverse, that they infuse their anger on law enforcement and other sections of society, that I am tempted to believe that all the eruption of violence against Black people and Latinos, their scapegoats, are a retribution against their utmost contempt and dislike for the current us president. Since they cannot pitch at him, they take their rage on us whenever they see us.
But the LORD makes his power perfect in our weaknesses. He chooses those of low degree, they youth, the hated ones, those that are short of speech to abase and put to shame the haughty ones who lord over us.
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Just remember that you are liable to make
mistakes like everybody else. That being a mayor or a state Attorney does not
automatically make you perfect and likeable. Stay by your post at all cost
unless they force you to break the law that you can no longer serve in good
coincidence. For when all are absolutely corrupt, the law kills absolutely and even the most noble and hardworking prophet will surrender his secular seat of power when the people seem to be incapable of self or collective government.
And
if you were to enforce all laws as they are, you will put in jail pretty much the whole
city, yourselves included and no one, excepting little children will be saved because the law demands justice when broken. Here are the elements of moral agency:
My father was a justice of peace and also a
city council. He died in office or while in the call of duty. He met many
corrupt politicians that were over him in authority and because of their money,
social status or political post, wanted favors of from him to prevaricate. He
said to them, sure, I will do what you want me to do, because you command me to
do so and I swore to obey, but if I do it, this will be my last day as a judge.
In sum, I will end with the words of President
Roosevelt who said three important things that are engrained in my souls. The
first was, do what you can with what you have. Second, speak softly but carry a
big stick. And third by his own words:

There
is a great wall of division in our society; it is not necessarily a war of
races, or rich and poor anymore. I have seen it in my dreams. It is a playground by the beach side between
the North and the South. There is one
side where the waves of the seas are rough and bellowing, hitting against the
rocky ridge where our people play and dive in dangerous in dark and cold
waters. They are subject to be crashed
if they make a false move or are crushed by the waves against the rocky ridge. Our people are carried as if by the wind of
every false doctrine to their peril. On
the other side of the fence, the southern border, I saw the waters are blue,
the seas are calm and there is plenty of sand to bathe in the sun, but those
who are at the gate, do not allow us to enter into their side or to cross
over. I yet have to find out what this
dream means. All I know thus far, is the
since the rebellion of South Carolina, things will continue to escalate that
will end in the death and misery of a great many people until the earth is empty of its inhabitants. There is a revelation from GOD given in 1832
to his prophet of turn that attests to these facts saying:
Revelation and prophecy on war, given through

HC 1:301–302. This section was
received at a time when the brethren were reflecting and reasoning upon African
slavery on the American continent and the slavery of the children of men
throughout the world.

1 VERILY, thus saith the Lord concerning the wars that will shortly come to pass, beginning at the rebellion of South Carolina, which will eventually terminate in the death and misery of many souls;2 And the time will come that war will be poured out upon all nations, beginning at this place.3 For behold, the Southern States shall be divided against the Northern States, and the Southern States will call on other nations, even the nation of Great Britain, as it is called, and they shall also call upon other nations, in order to defend themselves against other nations; and then war shall be poured out upon all nations.4 And it shall come to pass, after many days, slaves shall rise up against their masters, who shall be marshaled and disciplined for war.5 And it shall come to pass also that the remnants who are left of the land will marshal themselves, and shall become exceedingly angry, and shall vex the Gentiles with a sore vexation.6 And thus, with the sword and by bloodshed the inhabitants of the earth shall mourn; and with famine, and plague, and earthquake, and the thunder of heaven, and the fierce and vivid lightning also, shall the inhabitants of the earth be made to feel the wrath, and indignation, and chastening hand of an Almighty God, until the consumption decreed hath made a full end of all nations;7 That the cry of the saints, and of the blood of the saints, shall cease to come up into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth, from the earth, to be avenged of their enemies.8 Wherefore, stand ye in holy places, and be not moved, until the day of the Lord come; for behold, it cometh quickly, saith the Lord. Jeremiah Warning to the Nations
I
don’t know who is listening and who is not. My duty is not to judge and condemn, but to
preach and to warn. Because no one has
ever, or will ever be destroyed in ignorance. I will continue to pray for you, and whether
you read my words or not, my spirit will travel to you and touch you and inoculate
you with the intelligence, dedication, courage and benevolence to engage in a
good cause. I only hope that my words
find a prepared land where good fruit may grow.
I close with these words that if people do not repent, they have it
coming to them. They have been warned and forearmed. It is in us to try to prevent or delay these
perils from happening, but it is not in us to turn away the hand of GOD from
the judgments he has decreed if we all become lawless by despising the supreme law
of the land and the commandments of GOD.
I have written extensively with the law and the testimony at hand. I don't always know why I write so much until after I have finished. All I know is that have been called and commissioned by GOD to write and he directs my hand for it is by his gift and power that I write all that he puts in my heart. And despite my errors, misjudgements and omissions, at the end, his truth justifies all my words. To this end I quote the scriptures, references and additional testimonies. This is so that everyone that is looking finds, everyone that has asked receives and to everyone that has called, it is opened unto them. IT takes more effort to write and illustrate than to see and read. The work will be here, today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. hopefully you would have read these words by then or even later. Maybe in a rainy and boring day that you do not have anything more important to do. And I understand that all cannot be absorbed at once. But, it can be absorbed in parts or while hungering or thirsting after justice until we are filled.
These
things I communicate to you humbly, nobly and boldly and with a heart full of charity for each
and everyone in Baltimore and in Maryland. If i mad mistakes I do not know, And in any case those are the mistakes of man. I have great anxieties for the welfare of the pure in heart in the world, for the youth and the children of the rising generation. This is the way I pray and preach. And I do it
properly, for the benefit of a great many souls id not all, AND I DO it, even as one having authority to speak in the name of GOD with intent
to judge with righteousness the poor of our people, and to reprove with equity
at hand for the meek of the earth, in the sacred name of Jesus Christ, amen.
